Fifth Class Designs teamed up with FAILE studio to create RocketTron, a large-scale immersive video art-game experience permanently installed at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio.

Fifth Class Designs created a unique, expansive lighting landscape consisting of approximately 225,000 LEDs to accompany the Cavs-themed digital pop-a-shot style game developed by FAILE. A custom backend pipeline allows After Effects generated videos to be played across 130 LED panels in sync with custom animations on 80 meters of pixel strip lighting. The entire installation is kept in sync via linux networking protocols, enabling easy remote monitoring and updating of future animations.
